Carroll County: Westminster, Eldersburg and Finksburg

Carroll County is farther from our Catonsville base than our other service areas, but it has its own section of our portfolio, with jobs in Eldersburg, Finksburg and Westminster. They are mostly the practical upgrades that make an older house easier to live in.

Carroll County permit notes

Carroll County’s residential permit application checklist says building permits are required for construction, alteration, repair, addition and removal of structures, including sheds and decks, and asks for the contractor’s Maryland Home Improvement license. The county’s Permits and Inspections page currently says building permits are filed in person in Westminster.
