Remodeling and Repairs Throughout Baltimore County
Baltimore County wraps around the city from Arbutus on the southwest to White Marsh in the northeast, and we work on both sides of it. Our shop is in Catonsville, on the county’s west edge, which puts most county neighborhoods within an easy drive.
Two recent county jobs show the range. In White Marsh, we stripped a dated hall bathroom and rebuilt it with a new tub surround and vanity. In Arbutus, a worn dirt path beside the front steps became a solid paver walkway. For our many Catonsville jobs, see the Catonsville page.

Baltimore County permit notes
Baltimore County’s basement alteration permit page says an alteration permit is needed to add a basement bedroom, to excavate a basement, or to finish space when structural changes or a bearing wall move are involved, or when the home is in a flood zone, historic district or the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area. The same page notes that plumbing, gas and electrical work need separate trade permits pulled by a master plumber or electrician licensed with the county, and that basement bedrooms need egress windows or an exterior door. For more detail, read our basement permit guide.
“It went excellent. They knew what they were doing, worked hard, cleaned up well, and did a good job. I was very impressed and would use them again.”John M., from our reviews
